The Syracuse Jr. Chiefs are searching for passionate Coaches with Baseball or Softball experience.  Coaches that can develop the youth player with the ability to effectively teach, communicate, and mentor young players.  Our Coaching positions are year-to-year commitments coaching players from 9 to 16 years of age.  The age group you would Coach would depend on experience.  Coaches will work with the SYSTEM set in place on player development and fundamentals that we utilize program-wide for the Jr. Chiefs Program.  We have a Player Development Coordinator that will enhance your abilities through direct guidance and support when needed.  You would assist with the recruiting efforts to field the team at the division you have an interest in coaching.  Our Travel Ball Program is a structured program with tons of resources to help you be successful.  Focused on coaching and player development, we are recognized as one of the Premier Developmental Programs in Central New York.  If you are interested, please contact us to discuss your playing and coaching experience and what age groups you would be interested in.  Our coaches for the Syracuse Jr. Chiefs Program are compensated for their time teaching and traveling.
