Perfect Practice is proud to be the Home to the Syracuse Jr. Chiefs Travel Baseball Program. Recognized as one of the premier developmental programs in Central New York, it includes teams in the 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U,& 17/18U Divisions.
The Jr. Chiefs Program offers Experienced Coaching Staffs, Director of Player Development, General Management, Access to Professional Instructors and Trainers, and Focuses on Instruction, Fundamentals, Player Development, and Fun!
Additionally, the Jr. Chiefs Program offers assistance to the player who wants to continue their journey to the collegiate level. We have the expertise and the resources to help you reach the Next Level!
In youth baseball, the primary objective is not winning—it’s development and fun. Winning is definitely a goal, but it should not be pursued to the exclusion of everything else. Our mission is to provide a journey and a process that shapes young lives. Winning at all costs ignores this.

Joining the Jr. Chiefs...
The Player Receives:
- Perfect Practice, LLC Membership
- 20 weeks of Fall/Winter Indoor Training ( Beginning in November)
- Speed, Agility, & Quickness Class - 10 Weeks (11U thru 16U Divisions)
- Approximately 10 Additional Regular-Season Games
- 20 Free Credits per Week for Our FUNGOMAN Pitching Machines
- Game Hat and Practice Hat
- Home and Away Game Jerseys
- 2 Practice Dry-Fit Shirts (1 short sleeve, 1 long sleeve)
- Umpire Cost, First Aid/Insurance, and Game Balls
- Minimum 3 Hours of Outdoor/Indoor Practice per Week (April to August 1)
- 5 Elite Tournaments (9U, 10U, 11U, 13U, 14U, 15, & 16U Divisions)
- 4 Tournaments, 1 Week at Cooperstown Dreams Park, and Trading Pins (12U)
Jr. Chiefs & Syracuse Challenger Baseball!
Perfect Practice and the Syracuse Challenger League have an opportunity for our Syracuse Jr. Chiefs Players to gain valuable volunteer opportunity experience. This is not only the opportunity to give your time to others that need your years of fundamental baseball knowledge but a major step in acquiring Community Service Hours for High School Graduation and gaining Volunteer Hours for College.
